Domestic shipping

Delivery to Greater Sydney is available. 5 days is required for orders with a specified delivery date option available. Delivery outside of Greater Sydney and other states can be organised with a courier/post and may take 7 - 14 days from time of order.

returns & exchanges

If your wood craft item is faulty or damaged at time of delivery, please contact us immediately at mistynmoo@gmail.com, and it will be replaced or refunded.

If your plasters are broken upon time of receipt, please contact us immediately for replacements.

All items included with the wood craft will be checked for Use By Dates, quality and integrity of product, prior to delivery.
